Application Information
Application Fee: $40.00
The application fee must be paid in cash, cashier’s check, or money order and are NON-refundable.
No application will be processed until the application fee has been paid.
Application Process
Each application is checked thoroughly and is based on credit, rental history, employment and income verification. All individuals 18 years and older must complete an application and provide photo documentation (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
RENTAL APPLICATION
Security Deposits
Security deposits are the same amount as the monthly rent. However, there may be some exceptions. Be sure to verify the amount of security deposit due when signing the lease.
When is Rent Due?
Rent is due on the first of every month and late fee will be issued after the fifth of every month.
Pets
Pets must be pre-approved by the owners and there is an extra fee. Only pets pre-approved and listed on the lease are permitted on the property.
The cost of any damages resulting from pets (Including but not limited to, fleas, damaged carpets, walls, doors, fences, lawns) will result in a deduction from the security deposit or a charge to the tenant if the security deposit does not cover all the cost of all of the damages.
